Ok, here we go.
1. What is the one thing your love does for you that you can't live without?
wait - just...ONE? thing???
Like Mama M, it's that he "gets" me. And i mean, that is THE necessary key in a good husband, having one who understands you & gets you. Yep. That is it.
Also, his patience. I am extremely talkative at night (he gets me back though b/c he is that way in the morning & i hate talking or having people talk to me in the mornings! Give me an hour at least!). So he just smiles & takes it when i get all hyper talkative just as soon as he's crawled into bed. =) And he's very patient with me when i have to vent about work (which is changing now because of my new job position at work - i am sure he is THRILLED about that)! & when i'm doing a show - because that means for a few weeks a dirty house & no home-cooked meals... he just takes it easily like "no problem, babe, i can make me a sandwich." So sweet.
Another thing i could not live without is the way he looks at me. Makes me MELT. See?
2. When did you know your love was "the one"?
Well, I knew he was the one when we dated the first time. See, he was my first love & we dated when i was 19 & he was 21. I KNEW he was the one. There was no doubt back then. But then we broke up. And for about 2 years after our breakup, I would say to myself, "He's still the one. It just was the wrong timing. God is going to bring us back together in HIS time." It's so funny because THAT was the TRUTH. Only, i gave up on it after about 2 years. And then i spent the next year or so getting over him. And then i was COMPLETELY over him. Didn't WANT him. Until 11 years after our breakup - he got back in touch with me! And then it was truly God's timing. =) So when did i know it the 2nd time around? I actually knew it after a particular email from Brad that set a lot of misunderstandings straight. An email, yes. It just answered a lot of questions i had from 11 years before & it showed me that over the last decade he had become the kind of man i was looking for. =)

3. Does your love have a special ring tone on your phone?
No. I don't do ringtones. I just pick one that the phone comes with & that's it.
Though if i did it'd have to be "AT LAST" by Etta James. Or maybe an upbeat one by Michael Buble.
4. What are you attracted to most in your special someone?
Physically? Those clear blue eyes & his shoulders. SIGH. He is so handsome!! =) And his hands flying over his keyboards making beautiful music - that is also very attractive.
As far as his character traits go, I love a lot of things about him. I love that he is a sweetheart & a gentleman. I love that he is patient & understanding. I am thankful for a guy like him that encourages me in every area while at the same time accepting & loving me just the way i am.
5. Did you know when he was going to pop the big question??
I was completely & utterly shocked! Now, i did know that we were going to get married & he'd accidentally let it slip that he asked my dad for my hand in marriage, & that made me SOOO giddy & excited! Even so, for some reason I had it in my head that he was probably going to wait until summer or something & i definitely didn't think he'd gotten the ring yet. So when he popped the question on March 15th, i was TOTALLY taken by surprise!
