1. Giving is the most fun. I love picking out something unique that i know a person would just LOVE. I think a lot of that has been lost for me, though, because my husband always ONLY wants Barnes & Noble Gift Cards...this year he decided to give a little more variety by adding Guitar Center Gift Cards to his list {sigh}...Kind of takes the fun out of it, but it's HIS wish list...& i wanna get him what he wants! But i love it when i get someone something they weren't expecting & LOVE...that is always the best. :)
2. Receiving is also fun! I mean...seriously. Let's be real here!
3. The best gift I ever received was my laptop. Because it was TOTALLY unexpected. I really needed one & wanted one, but didn't put it on my wishlist because i knew that was asking too much! But they got it for me! i was shocked & ecstatic! I couldn't believe it!
4. The best gift I ever gave was...see...I have this really bad memory...I know I have given good gifts before, but... um...:o/ Let me get back to you on this one!
5. Something intangible that i wish i could receive is perfect self control & discipline...
6. Something intangible that i wish i could give is self-confidence...it really bugs me when soemone won't take a picture because they think they look ugly/fat/pasty/etc...it makes me sad...I would give people the ability to love who they are as they are.
7. The one gift I've always wanted as a child but never got was a built-in swimming pool!
