Rolo Cookies!!

I recently saw these on Pinterest. Actually, it's one of the first things I saw.

I decided to try them for our Thanksgiving yesterday at Brad's Aunt Sylvia's house. 

Two things to say about these: 

1 - EASIEST cookie recipe EVER.

2 - They were a huge hit!

I will now make these anytime I'm asked to bring a dessert. Unless I'm in the mood to try something new. But if i need something that I know will be quick, easy & delicious?! THIS IS IT.

ROLO COOKIES

1 box Devil's Food cake mix

1/3 cup oil

2 eggs

1 package rolos

Mix together cake mix, oil & eggs. It will be very thick.

Take a small bit of dough & form a ball around the rolo. Only use enough dough to cover the rolo. 

Place on a greased cookie sheet. 

Bake 7-8 minutes. 

Cool. 

Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.

 (Actually, do this even if you don't feel like it. SO WORTH IT!)
