Whole30: Day 15

This will be short & sweet, because i am ready for bed! (It's 8:30. But i am so tired!)

I have made the halfway point!!! Day 15 of the Whole30! :) 

Breakfast: eggs
Snack: apple
Lunch: a mix of ground beef, onions & cauliflower rice - yum!
Snack: a few pecans
Dinner: eggs & a smoothie (strawberry, peaches, apple, spinach leaves, chia seeds)

And that's it! My pants are really loose today, y'all! Woohoo!!

Sorry this is the shortest & most boring post ever.

  1. Just wanted to HIGH FIVE you for your awesomeness!! We're still avidly reading all of your updates and GO YOU for sticking with it!!

    As for the grocery bill being more expensive, maybe if factor in all of your former runs to the coffee shop and cafeteria, you're actually saving money? I also think cooking is healthier because it's "harder" to get a meal, I have to work for it! So I'm not as tempted to mindlessly eat. That's the way it should be (at least we don't have to hunt for our meat ;)

  2. Cauliflower is so versatile! Mashed caulifower really hits the spot for your mashed potato cravings! I'm not sure how to do it without butter though.

  5. I can't help but laugh at you're comment about your pants being loose - sooo exciting! I think I found it funny because I strangely pictured clown pants with the wire at the top to make them huge...idk...sorry!

    Woooot for making it half way! HALF WAY!!!! Way to go, Mel! Yeah!

    I really need to get on board with this - i'm just being so incredibly slack.
    I have a dinner party tonight - but I WILL be doing a workout dvd before hand...
    and uhh cauliflower rice?! sounds delicious
