Whole30: Days 19 & 20

Whew, I am getting behind!!

This will be quick. I've had three photo shoots today, and i am beat!

{Yesterday} Day 19:

Breakfast - eggs & lara bar  (I am officially in love with the apple pie lara bar!)
Lunch - flat steak strips over a bed of lettuce with homemade salsa & guacamole
Snack - apple
Dinner - "unstuffed cabbage" - SO GOOD & HEALTHY! (It is this recipe, but instead of rolling them up in the cabbage, i just throw it all in a pot with chopped cabbage. This happened by accident last time & it was DELISH!!!)

{Today} Day 20:

Breakfast - eggs & lara bar
Lunch - leftover Unstuffed Cabbage
Snack - lara bar (I know - i should stop this habit!)
Dinner - Went out to eat for the first time on Whole30 (besides the salad place). I got a small steak (I forgot what it was called, but it was DELISH!), sweet potatoes (minus their glaze), & fresh vegetables (which was grilled squash, onion & zucchini - YUM!). Brad got tilapia with almonds & broccoli. Pasta also came with his but he didn't touch it. Yay! We had (black coffee) while we waited b/c i chose the patio, not realizing it was gonna get realllll cold! (Which apparently was only 63 degrees LOL. But WINDY!)

Honestly, the veggies may have been sauteed in butter or something else i can't have, but if that's the only cheat i've had on this journey, I will survive. I mean, seriously. It was hard picking something whole30 approved! Hopefully they were done in olive oil, though! ;)

Brad started sneezing in the car on the way home & he hasn't stopped. I think he has probably sneezed 20 times. Allergy. Attack.

Alrighty! Only 10 more days of Whole30! Soon I will tell you the plan for after Whole30. :)
