I hate it.

Mike read about reintroducing foods in It Starts With Food. I had borrowed it from the library but couldn't renew it because someone else was waiting for it... so I ordered a copy on amazon and it should be here mid-week... which is perfect because I have to start reintroduction on Thursday or Friday so I can be done by my trip in February... and my visit to see you!!!! I actually kind of hope that several of the foods just straight up mess with me so that I have a reason other than "it's not the best thing for you" to continue avoiding it!

But I'm excited for me trip to LA and I love that we will be able to keep each other accountable so that we can indulge a little but get right back on track as soon as I get back home. :)

Also... I'm loving all the meals I am finding this time around! We have had sooo much more variety than the last time I did it and that definitely makes a difference!

Ok... comment over. Now the annoying part is having to educate the people around you like your (well-intentioned) coworkers but that'll pay off in the long run. I'm thinking about doing it starting in February, but I'm going to research it first. I feel like I eat this way a lot already, but we'll see.Raineyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04188297079150011240noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9217937039704228322.post-4306974413772801642015-01-23T15:10:13.134-06:002015-01-23T15:10:13.134-06:00Proud of you for starting another whole30!
